Apple Auto Glass

I found them charging $150.00 over other local quotes for a full windsheild repair. I have no clue on the quality of glass but didn't believe it to be original glass at that price. Installers from my experiences, warranty their work. The price and not explaining to me the glass differences left me to continue looking for quotes. I went elsewhere for my repair. That choice for me, doesn't mean this place isn't a good decision. They have been a brand around for years. They just couldn't convince me that day their added value was in their glass services at the price quoted. All I wanted to see was the material used to do the install. And to know the manufacturer of that glass and to understand the differences.. Safety to us all!

I was there a year ago when I've got a chip in my windshield. It cost me around $100 to "fix" it. When the guy was "fixing" it he actually pressed on the chip and caused the cracks to go from it which he said will be filled with epoxy. Almost a year after the cracks that were apparently filled and held together by epoxy started to grow. A windshield repair kit from the Canadian Tire costs $17 with probably the same result.

I was impressed with the level of service and overall experience. The manager of this location was friendly, professional and was not interested in selling me things I didn't need. I felt like he was on my side, unlike many other experiences servicing my vehicle elsewhere.

Management is very unprofessional. I was made to feel intimidated and very unwelcome on site. It's worth the drive and extra money to go to any other locations.
