Everything went so well with my experience. Setting up the appointment was simple. Eva was the design consultant and she was wonderful. She took time to listen to our needs and designed a beautiful closet for us. She went over and above in delivering some additional shelves that we requested too. The installation was smooth and professional as well. The contractor was polite and well mannered. The administration was also great. I highly recommend closets by design.

They have a very professional team which listens to you with patience and give you very nice suggestions, and if there is the slightest issues they really care, even the owner himself called me to check if everything was satisfactory and if there was anything they could do better! So they really care about their reputation and I'm super happy with their job, sales Frank and installation Hassan all did a great job... I not a professional Photographer, but everything was done better than agreed.

Only suggestion I have is ask for the best if you don't care about the price as much as you care about quality and appearance as they might wane save you some and suggest you a lower grades.
I my cased they changes all little things which I was not 100% happy about free of charge...

From the designer (Sara) to the installer (Hassan) to their customer service rep (Mia), Closets by Design by far offered the best service and solution for a super competitive price. Though we are not yet done with the installation, we have been impressed by how patient and responsive they were with all of our questions. Renovation is never an easy task, but this closet design team certainly helped take a huge load off our plate. We might ask them to come back and design other smaller closets or cabinetry.

From start to finish Closets by Design was spot on. I had a vision for what I what I wanted. They didn't just quote that. They worked within my budget and made my closet even better than what I wanted. The install was very profession and not just someone that was there to do a job. They care about their clients and I will use them and recommend them to everyone. If you don't call them you are missing out on truly some great customer service and satisfaction.

Issam and the team at Closets by Design are wonderful - I can't say enough good things about them.  They dealt with a very challenging situation (multiple closing delays by the builder) cheerfully and professionally.  The installers were polite, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves (a rarity I've found).  And when an issue arose post-implementation, they made it right.  Would definitely use them again.  Great value for dollar.
