Went in there and was greeted by the most polite young man I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. His name was Ian he told me. I'd like to say that this fine upstanding young man is a gift from God who provided me the best possible experience I could have hoped for. I definitely be using this well wise for all my purchases in the future. Thanks again Ian I appreciate you.
Customer service has really gone to the dogs. Left a message a week ago for the sleep apnea Department at the wellness store North Bay. I called back to follow up because they didn't. That was yesterday, so I followed up again. The professional told me she did not get my voicemail. How is that? That seems to be the case more often that I did not get your voicemail has become the excuse for their inability to follow up on simple tasks like calling a proposed customer back. I will not go there for any of my supplies. I truly hope that the power is it be see these reviews. And I will be following up with management. My business for my CPAP supplies will not be going there.
Buyers beware bought a $7400 scooter in April of last year, this year it has an error code. Called shoppers wellwise a week ago and explained the situation was assured the tech would call me back once he looked into what error code it was. I looked in the book and researched myself found out what it was in 5 mins. I never received a call back. Called again Monday talked to customer service if you can call it that and explained the situation again, they said the tech would call me back. Never heard from him. Called again Tuesday said the tech was off on Tuesdays and that he would call me Wednesday, guess what nobody called!! This sinario continued through out the week with promises of calls and the tech was out delivering new scooters to customers. Called 930am Friday was assured I would receive a call back, waited till 2pm called again and was told the tech would Call me back! 245 received a call finally and was asked for serial number of the scooter gave the number and was told needed to order a part. Said could be two weeks!!! My father as you can imagine needs this scooter as he is elderly and doesn't have the balance to walk. The tech called back and said can't order parts till I look at the scooter, but not sure the manager would allow him to go today to look at it? I said I can talk to the manager , asked if they had a rental program so my dad could pay to use a scooter in the meantime? Manager got on the phone to tell me that he won't let his technician drive out till next Wednesday to just look at the scooter and no rental program also labor isn't included in warranty work but could wave it, really! Shoppers Wellwise shame on you for your lack of after sale service or lack of compassion for the elderly customers that you serve. This could of been a great opportunity to step up and make something amazing happen for one of your customers but just not the case.
On December 18 /19 I took my 86 year old father to Wellwise to get him a new walker, we showed up at the door at 9.28 am , the temperture was -18 , doors are lock , sign on the door say open at 9.30 . A worker with the beard was sitting behind the counter so i knocked at the window couple of times to see if he can unlock the door , he looked up but didn't get up , my Dad was starting to complain that his hands were getting cold even thought he had gloves on , at 9.31 as per the time on my cell phoneI hit the automatic door opener , the outside locked door did not open but the indide door did , I waited a little longer then I did it again and waited , still he sat there , I did it a third time he then got up and walked up to the door and told me through the glass to stop trying to open the door , I told him to unlock the door , he replied they open at 9.30 , i yelled back it was pass 9.30 , he turned and walked away ,another young man finally came to open the door at 9.35 as per the time on my phone and said he was sorry , once inside the young man went to get the walker that we had reserved the day before , now that I had all the employees in front of me I let them know that I was not impress with them leaving a 86 year old man with a walker at the door at -18 , the lady at the counter told me they open at 9.30 , i told her it 9.35 before the doors were open. That was the end of conversation . I will never return to this Wellwise store.
Extremely expensive . Absurd price for N95 Masks ! Go somewhere else or buy online .
