Went to get my covid and flu vaccines. The pharmacist was very helpful and kind. I am not a fan of needles and they made me feel very calm and relaxed. Recommend.

Do yourself a favour and go to an independent pharmacy instead of Shoppers. Even if you have no issues now, your overall service will be better.nnConstant issues with coverage for my medication. This review specific to this location, but the behaviour similar to other locations I've been to. I would spend hours calling and driving back over and over just to get a refill. Only about two of them knew how to actually fix it in their system, and couple others kind enough to figure it out for me when they didn't, which is why I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. The rest kept insisting it was nothing they could do even if I mentioned the solution I was given. I suggested talking between eachother and they would reluctantly, but not before continuing to insist there was nothing that they could have possibly done differently before, simply because it doesn't show it in their system. Even when I clearly had the medication covered many times before.nnAfter many refills, I lost patience and transferred to an independent pharmacy, hoping it'd get fixed. They called back right after my refill request when they noticed the issue and fixed it instantly. Asked what the problem was in more detail and it was the simplest and easiest solution I ever heard.

I booked my flu shot and covid vaccine at 2pm. I showed up before 2pm and asked the staff where I should wait. She told me that just sit in front of the consulting room and wait with my health card. I had been waiting for 40 minutes! While I was waiting, some staff obviously noticed I've been sitting so long time. Also, the lady who came after me was called first and got a booster. When I told the same staff that I've been waiting for 40 minutes, she asked my name and showing my ID. Why she didn't ask them when I showed up? How do they identify I'm here without check-in? I wasted time and it was really bad experience. Go to other locations or pharmacies! I never come back even just for shopping.

I'd rate less than one star if it would let me. Nothing but problems with my family and my prescriptions, either not on time or plain forgot. We switched pharmacies due to a closer pharmacy, and they cancelled 3 ready prescriptions after asking me if they were going to be picked up!!?? Very unprofessional and petty! Won't ever use that franchise again!!!

The pharmacy never answers the phone. The staff at the pharmacy usually younger associates who don’t know what they’re doing are rude and unprofessional. I’ve had my medication switched with someone else’s before. The pharmacist is nice.
