Today my SO went to post office to send out a letter for me and told me he needed to buy more stamps? Mind you we have these letters with a valid stamp on it and the lady said that wasn't good enough?nTheres a P on it and its a stamp.. awful

Hello, it’s not in my habits to leave bad reviews. In general, I have no issues with the staff at this Jean Coutu — everyone is always very kind.nHowever, the lady who works at the rental photocopy counter provides poor service.nI came this morning for a photocopy service. She was not friendly, and even though she made a few copies for me, when I realized I had forgotten another page and asked if she could copy it too, she refused, saying she didn’t want to go back to the machine — even though it was right behind her.nIt’s unfortunate, because it gives a bad image of the service. I would like this issue to be addressed. I remained polite and respectful, otherwise I could have reacted differently.

Always out of sales item. Uncalled for woman older with glasses going off saying blocking the door walking out with phone in my hand as rain is ending for the taxi. Pathetic nothing better to do. I know safety and the door was not being blocked. A mere minute standing there looking.at my phone to see the plate number.of the taxi before exiting and she jumps on.me. SAVE IT. NOTHING BETTER TO DO BUT POWER TRIP. Last time here. Can tell when most employees do not smile it is usually because. of mgmt. style.

Definitely going to use this location as my go to for sending packages going forward

Went there this morning at 9 ! First customer in the door .went right to pharmacy 3 girls working nobody else there. Asked for Tylenol 1with codeine from behind the counter. Asked for my health card ! Don't understand why . But she said to up date my file. Waited 15 minutes while the so called pharmacist was on the phone. Just staring at me . Asked for my health card back and left ! Been going there for over 40 years almost ! Never again . That was the second time those girls were rude !
