Guardian Pharmacy

This pharmacy is owned by an incredibly kind and thoughtful couple who have gone above and beyond for me every time I have picked up a prescription there. Accommodating last minute prescriptions, sorting out insurance issues for me, or literally walking me to the door after a purchase - I have yet to have a bad experience. When moving to Ottawa, I accidentally switched my file to their location (thinking it was a different one) which is out of the way from where I live but I have chosen to keep my prescriptions with them simply because of how awesome their services have been.

Incredibly caring and thoughtful husband and wife pharmacist team. Prescriptions are always on time, including more rare prescriptions. They have been able to turn around prescriptions for me on very short notice. They take the time to speak to their clients and have a great personal touch. It's clear that they are very hardworking and really care about developing a relationship with their clients, which is rare these days. I get prescriptions filled about once every two weeks (going back over a year). I recommend them wholeheartedly and feel really lucky to live kitty corner from this pharmacist team.

Absolue garbage and I will never go back. Didn't stick prescriptions we NEEDED and didn't bother to call us. Had to go in THREE TIMES causing medication to be missed. Their customer service is garbage because it seemed like they didn't care at all. Will never go back, do not recommend.
