Remedy's Rx Pharmacy

Went to get Lancets for my Lancing Device, as I have a prescription for them. The Pharmacy did not have the type I use,so, the Pharmacist supposedly cross referenced for another type of Lancet. They said it was compatible with my device. They put a prescription label on the box & sent me on my way. The Lancets did not fit. I took them back to the store (opened as I had to try in Lancet Device) They said that things that leave the Drugstore are not refundable. They would talk to the Manager & get back to me. Second day of waiting, them not calling me back. Why give me a prescription that is not mine, then not refund or change it when it does not work ? Yes, I have $ to waste on their mistakes. I will be changing Pharmacies. Thought I would give the little guy a break, not anymore. Not recommended.

Fast service didn’t have 2mg so had to double up on the 1mg... no problems with service other wise...

Pharmacist is not knowledgeable, messes up patients prescriptions is not helpful when trying to fix the situation (thier mess up) have to go out of my way to get my proper prescription filled now, at another more trusted pharmacy. I will never set foot in this shady pharmacy ever again, charging me money for something that was not even my prescription. Will be in contact with the BBB and the college of pharmacists of BC.
