Shoppers Drug Mart

I never write reviews, but I had to do it just to let people know how extremely rude the lady at the post office was. I realized you are stressed because of the upcoming holiday, but please don’t take it out on your customers. When a package says it’s delivered and you didn’t receive it, to call your local post office. I phoned and very politely asked about it, she started talking in a very angry tone about how behind they are and acted like I was stupid for even asking. Her complaining went on for a couple minutes, even after I said it was fine and just wanted to make sure it was still coming. I found this call to be extremely unprofessional.

I will no longer be shopping at Shoppers Vallyview as I was racially profiled and followed around the store by security while other customers and friends shopped I was the only one targeted.

This will always be my favourite Shoppers. Jim and his team are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond for anyone they can. I loved it so much that I went to work there. If I hadn't of had to leave for school, I don't think I would have left at all. Keep up the great work guys! :)

Post office is the best, they are so good. I won't use any other place for my business shipping,
