I personally can’t say enough and express my gratitude with the staff at this location! The customer service is very knowledgeable in all areas! Alaa the pharmacy manager is so kind and very thorough with her vast knowledge and experience! The other pharmacy staff are equally as kind and have always been helpful with my health journey and are also very friendly. The cosmetic manager Julia is also very experienced and very friendly. I had the opportunity to have a facial done by Maria and it was like a breath of fresh air. My customer experience was exceptional and I definitely recommend this Shoppers Drug Mart hands down. Again they care about their patrons and always go above and beyond. Thank you !!

A prescription I have is on backorder so I started calling around pharmacies to see if anybody had it in stock. The manager at this pharmacy told me she had it at her Mississauga location and would bring it in for me just a couple days later to Barrie. I was so happy and thought that she was going above and beyond to help me. I'm super grateful UNTIL, the prescription never comes. I was told again after follow up a week later that it would come in a few days and we're a month later and nothing with no call either. I really needed that prescription and instead of wasting my time and telling me you would handle this, you could've just said I'm sorry we can't make this happen for you and I would've continued my calls until I found success. I certainly wouldn't recommend this location to anybody, go up the street or elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. On multiple occasions I have had to wait in line while they completely ignored me not even saying “be right with you” and then they took someone who just walked up to the other side of the counter without making them wait so much as one minute. On top of that once you do get acknowledged they never ever can find your prescription I have even been questioned on whether or not I had received a text stating my medication was ready. Told them I had and they still had to run around like chickens struggling to find it. Not one time have I ever been able to walk in a simply pick up my prescription. Not once!nThe best choice I ever made was switching my prescriptions over to the Cundles location. They are amazing you come in, you get your prescription and you leave none of the issues I had to deal with at this location multiple times.nThey really need to check on this pharmacy because it’s a literal joke.

The owner/manager of the pharmacy is fantastic and so kind. She was amazing administrating a flu shot for my 2 year old.nA big thank you to her and the other staff members as well!

Went pick up a product that was supposed to be in stock when I checked online. Couldn't find it so I asked a person. They said they didn't have it so I told them their inventory was off. They didn't seem concerned about it. Worth going to another retailer.
