Shoppers Drug Mart

One of my least favourite shoppers to go too. Staff isn't overly friendly, I'm never greeted and they refuse to return shoppers brand products without a receipt even though every other shoppers does.

Only stopped here to let uncle pick up his medicine. It’s a very large and spacious location. They sell ice too. Lots of parking.

One of the older locations, been renovated tho still has a good variety , as a plus it's very close to the lcbo.

Not as accessible as they could be. Eg, allow us to get into the store by cutting off having to go through the perfume department. I hurt when I walk and this adds so many unnecessary steps. Staff could be friendlier as well.

Terrible pharmacy!! I had abdominal surgery Nov 17th and my doctor had to fax a new prescription pain medication because my other one was giving me side effects. Anyway I called them multiple times to see if it was in, they were ALSO supposed to call me back. I got a call dec 9th saying they had one for me and it’s been sitting there since Nov 22nd, I called them the 22nd, 23rd and Friday the 24th. I went through so much pain because of them, apologies don’t even come close to this mess up. Take the advice of others don’t go here!!
