We went to the store at 6:30PM and I requested one set of passport photos from the associate. They told us that they were short staffed and couldn’t do it, even though they had three associates, two of which were chatting together at the cashier. The store was empty. I asked what time they do photography before coming and they said 8:00PM. The staff was rude and honestly lazy.nnWe drove to the nearby Shoppers Drug Mart at 70 McLeod and were assisted straight away when I asked even though they were busier and had only two associates working.nnI’d recommend the manager chat with the associates that were manning the floor at 131 Century Crossing road on June 9th, 2025 and discuss the importance of customer service. Especially when no one is in the store and they’re not doing anything but chatting at the cashier. Rude and unprofessional
Computers were down and the staff were ruffed. Short with customers and people in the line waiting were talking about the poor staff attitude. I know the staff don't have control over the computers, that said getting short with the customers that don't have control of the computer was not very helpful and welcoming.
Great, nice, organized, and spacious, and if you are picking up/dropping off a prescription they will let you know how long the waiting period is; pretty accurate timing.
This is a standard Shoppers Drug Mart. It's large and clean. They have self-checkout. The staff have always been helpful and polite. We go there regularly for convenience and pharmaceutical supplies. It's as good as a pharmacy/convenience store can be. I can definitely recommend it.
The owner is beyond wonderful and the staff have eays been amazing to deal wirh. I can not being to say enough amazing things about the pharmacy here. They remeber mh name and make all my interactions feel warm and welcoming. I absolutely love thr group of people here
