Customer service is extremely rude and gets annoyed when asked for help, and if you want your pictures taken, please go somewhere else where they actually know what they’re doing and care about their customers. Horrible experience, never ever going back. I understand if you’re having a bad day, please don’t take it out on a paying customer who’s being extremely nice to you.

I've been a loyal customer of Shoppers Drug Mart in Bracebridge, utilizing their pharmacy services for over 12 years. Unfortunately, in the last 3-6 months, the service quality has significantly deteriorated. The pharmacy staff are extremely rude. The pharmacy now requires at least 48 hours to process new prescriptions, which is highly inconvenient. Additionally, reaching them by phone has become an impossible task, and in-person visits are no better with their consistently long lineups.nnMost recently, I visited three times in one week seeking treatment for my daughter's pink eye, only to be told repeatedly that they didn’t have time to assess her. Out of desperation, we went to the Rexall just down the street and were in and out within 15 minutes, with the prescription in hand. The difference in customer service was night and day. Rexall staff were welcoming and efficient, making sure we were not just rushed but genuinely cared for.nnFor anyone looking for dependable pharmacy services, I recommend skipping Shoppers Drug Mart and heading straight to Rexall down the street. You’ll save time and be met with a smile and excellent service.nnAlso note the pay to have bad reviews hidden from Google reviews.

I am astonished by the level of care and assistance that the pharmacist Angela provided this evening. I was very anxious about the number of meds I had to get as it was all new to me. She helped me save as much money as possible as I did not have coverage. She advised what I should prioritize and what I could do without. She spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. I have used the Rexall in Bracebridge before, no complaints but nothing to write home about, now I will only ever go to Shoppers for my pharmacy needs!!! Thank you Angela!!!

Store is always clean and shelves are always stocked. A few staff could use a lesson in customer service however!

Very nice about letting me use their storewashroom when I needed, however their store washroom was extremely filthy and gross looking, just because a washroom is public bathroom doesn't mean it should be super gross and dirty, looked like it had not been cleaned in ages.
