I'm addicted to this store!! Very friendly and helpful staff, the best place to shop in Kenora. Make sure you load those optimum coupons before you head out!!

What can I say about the Optimum Program?! Not enough! I love collecting and redeeming my points.

Amy in cosmetics is a star, and so is the amazing cashier who helped me pay for my dog food!! 

The managers must treat their staff well because the staff treats their customers very well!

Not vary good customer service from the native male pharmacist but other then that problem great store and great female pharmacist

i don't care for the new saleslady at the beauty counter, she's very wooden and is cheap with the samples...the other girl was very nice and whenever i would make a purchase on skin care, makeup, etc. she would pass on samples of the products they carry, it was an awesome way to try out new products!! Guess I'll have to take my business somewhere else.  Today i purchased an item i had to wait two weeks because they were out and she was not helpful or nice at all....she does not know how to treat customers.
