Story

Flowers by the Lake was a dream of store owner Dianne Preisentanz for many years. Dianne has worked in the floral and gift industry her whole life and has brought her experience providing smiles and comfort to her own boutique.

Ordered flowers for valentines day and had my girlfriend pick them up as I was home sick. When she got there they told her they had already been picked up earlier. I had to call in to say that I had not picked them up and they were able to make a new bunch, but they were wilting and did not look healthy which is unacceptable for $70 flowers. I'm glad that they were able to fix the problem and the woman I spoke with was friendly and helpful, however it would not have happened in the first place had they checked the email confirmation of the person picking them up as they stated they would do in the confirmation email.

I live out of province and use Flowers By the Lake to send any arrangements I need, and always my mother's day flowers. They are very easy to work with long distance, very accommodating, and their arrangements are always absolutely breathtaking and long lasting. I am so pleased with the service I recieve every year, and will continue to shop with Flowers By The Lake for a long time. Keep up the good work!

Patty was great, spoke real REAL fast as if she drank a bunch of coffee lol, but she was super nice, informal, professional and curious and will deliver for 8 bucks. I highly recommend them.
Absolutely amazing place to order flowers. Called in the morning and within a couple hours the most beautiful flower arrangement was delivered!!!
