The pharmacist nor the pharm tech on that eve was taught how to enter insurance information properly. So even tho I have full coverage I had to pay all up front and get reimbursed they said. When you live pay check to pay check you can’t wait 6 months for insurance companies to reimburse you. The store is always very very very dirty. My least favourite shoppers drug marks. High prices for gross stuff and untrained staff.

Worst pharmacy ever....don't go if you need meds for your heart. They screwed up my prescription every time and then argued that they never received script...all three times I was sitting less than 5 feet from my doctor when she called and gave the pharmacist the prescription. Had a ignorant person argue with me when I asked them why I have to go back and see my doctor. Said she didn't like my attitude. Now with Yaletown pharmacy😊 Shoppers on davie sucks....Try yaletown😊

This branch works 24 hours. Did you know in every shoppers you can find some clearance item in the back rack that usually includes beauties also for ladies. There are self checkout also.

They have Impark people hiding in their parking lot when you run in for 5 minutes so they can ticket you $85. They should have 15 minute free parking. Jerks.

Much thanks to the pharmacy team today! Ive been here before, but the staff I interacted with made me feel very reassured. The pharmacists assistant (curly black hair and glasses) at the drop off station was very diligent about my questions and concerns, and was super sweet. Impeccable customer service skills. Likewise the pharmacist was super lovely and made me feel reassured in a way that the doctors' i've been encountering have not. Very grateful! I appreciate the sweet intentions!
