Excellent service! I called them after knee surgery asking if they could fill my prescription. They made it super simple asking me just to text a picture of the prescription and had it ready in ten minutes. I hobbled in and they had it ready, clearly explained and labeled everything, greeted other customers by name as they entered and cleared a path and held the door for me on my way out!

Personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Especially the founder's concept which balances Western medicine with holistic health. Excellent compounding service too! My favourite pharmacy.

The best.. Sina and his team are very helpful. Above & beyond the service of many big chain pharmacies. A personal small town feel in the big city.

It's rare to find a local pharmacy that remembers who you are and makes your needs a priority. Not only do they ensure quick turnaround on prescriptions, they also work with the Coal Harbour Clinic next door to have a doctor reach out to you if a prescription is expired/needs renewing. I highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone who lives or works in the area. I never thought in the year 2022 I could confidently say 'my pharmacist' to people when discussing medical care, but I have one!

Ran into this place while out strolling from my nearby hotel. Plenty of products available including natural herbs and remedies. The lady working was very helpful, knowledgable, and willing to retrieve all the information I required to assist me in my purchases. Again if you're looking for some of the more harder to find or obscure items they may have it here. Check it out.

Run away from Sina Pirooz and this pharmacy! I couldn't have uglier interaction than I had!!! Guy is a manipulative thief!

Searched all over the country for a supplement that is on backorder and found it listed for sale in Coal Harbour Pharmacy's website. I called them and asked if they had the product in stock and they checked the shelves right away. They did have one bottle in stock, and asked for my name so that they could hold it for me until my order was placed. I was so delighted to find someone in Canada with the supplements in stock, but then was even more delighted to see that shipping was free on my order! I got my package today less than a week, and it was sent by expedited post. I am VERY happy with the service I received from Coal Harbour Pharmacy. Thank you so much.

Exceptional Service! I called to check the availability on Iron supplements that showed out of stock online. Someone called me back to say they are in stock and I could order it online. I was able to do that right away. They fixed the inventory online. I received an order confirmation and received my product the next day! We switched all our prescriptions from Shopper to this locally owned and operated pharmacy a year ago because of the impeccable service from Sina & his team. They’re so prompt in filling medication, and they also have the absolute best supplements you can find. Highly recommend this pharmacy!
