Shoppers Drug Mart

I go here quite regularly as I live close and I've never had an issue/problem. I've purchased things, used the post office and the pharmacy and all 3 departments have been great. I've received good customer service every time. And as I said, I go regularly. Smiling and talking kindly to staff goes a long way in receiving good customer service. Yesterday the girls at the prescription desk were all very friendly and help.

My wife and her sister with a friend went here to look at the cosmetic section. They were coldly greeted with the lady in the department following them like they with an uncomfortable vine from the lady. She must of thought they were gonna steal. Typical profiling behavior from the staff. You'd think in this time and age that kind of poor attitude would change but I guess racists want to keep it alive. Shame on you shoppers drug mart staff, you're not professional at all.

Excellent customer service from all the fabulous ladies in the cosmetics department! The pharmacy techs are very helpful. :)

I have always had a great experience with this pharmacy team. We switched pharmacies a while back and will be staying with this one, and we even go out of our way to use this specific store. Great service, they always remember my name and medical history before looking me up on the computer, very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend this pharmacy over and over.

Horrible customer service. Went there to purchase Gatorade for my son. Asked for my lottery tickets to be checked and he said I had to use the self service. Honestly if there was other people in lone it would not have been an issue. But I was the only was there. Frustrating. Anyway I won't shop here again!!!
