I’ve gone to this pharmacy for so many years, and they have wonderful staff and supportive pharmacists and assistants there! They’re extremely helpful with any health advice or if you’re needing information about your medications, they explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend anyone needing a good, trustworthy pharmacy to go to Shoppers Pharmacy on 2475 Dobbin Rd #3, West Kelowna, BC V4T 2E9, location. Nowadays good pharmacists are hard to find, but the one pharmacist that I speak to on my medications and health is Vaughan!nHe is extremely skilled and highly knowledgeable about medications and about general health. He is one of the kindest, sincere pharmacists I’ve ever met! That’s how educated and honest this young & talented pharmacist is! He loves helping people with their health and he’s extremely considerate of their health and he cares for his customers! He loves what he does and that’s very important in having someone with these kind of traits & qualities that you can trust as your pharmacist! I highly recommend anyone looking for a trusted pharmacy and superior pharmacists to have your medications sent to this location. They are kind and helpful over the phone for medication and medicalnquestions that you have, they never rush you off the phone or in person they care about your health and you as their customer! They’re here to help you whenever you have questions about your medications you’re unsure of and need more of an explanation on your medications and safety on how to take them. If you were to go in person at this pharmacy you would be treated with respect and kindness all around, they would help you like they would by phone with all of your questions and concerns on how to take your medications and any questions on your general health! Excellent communication and customer service and loyality at this pharmacy location; excellent and exceptional experienced pharmacists! Very impressed!

Vaughan the Pharmacist was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made sure I felt confident about everything. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. Highly recommend!

I had a very great experience with the cosmetician lady tonight at 8 pm. She made my day, such a polite and resourceful person! 10/10 would recommend. She deserves a raise!

I visited the Shopper’s Drug Mart on Dobbin Rd. Westbank on February 10 evening. The cosmetics employee Chelsey was absolutely lovely. She was so friendly and helpful, and she colour matched me to a Lise Watier foundation. Thank you for above and beyond customer service!

Shoppers Drug Mart in West Kelowna was such a disappointing experience. I went in around 9:30pm to grab medicine for my kid who had a fever after our trip to Penticton and Vernon. I couldn’t find the aisle for the medication, and there was absolutely no staff around to ask for help.nnI’ve been to many Shoppers locations across Canada, and this one really stands out for its poor customer service. In my frustration, I just ended up grabbing a case of water and some chips since I couldn’t even find the other items I needed. Management should definitely take a closer look at how this store is being run.
