Huge thank you to Garnet for making our shopping experience so easy! Ordered groceries online due to time constraints, the process was so easy and convenient. Garnet was kind and efficient! We already love shopping here, but this was above and beyond. Great work West Kelowna Team!

I was in today haven't been in for a very long time. Pharmacy dept was, as usual, great - have my perscriptions there and the pharmacist was extremely helpful.nnHowever, when I went to self check out I felt that I was being watched very carefully. I've worked at Safe On Foods in the Mission for years and I told the lady with spiked hair that I was a cashier at another store. She did help me, however, made me feel very nervous when I was entering my few items. Kept trying to tell me that she had a better way to do something when I neither asked or wanted her help. I felt she was very pushy.nnWill continue to go the wonderful Pharmacy there but will not EVER shop for food there. Really disappointed in the brussel sprouts they were tiny and puny.nnHappy with the Pharmacy Dept but disappointed with my experience today. When I went in previously a long time ago I did find some of the girls very helpful and Travis in meats was extremely helpful.nnNever use their checkout - I'm sure they like every other supermarket have had bad experiences with some people using checkout but don't take it out on honest people like me and others.

I've written reviews about Save-On produce before and unfortunately have to do it again. The attached photo's are of some raspberries I purchased from Save-On in West Kelowna three days ago, they have been refrigerated but once I removed the top layer of healthy looking fruit you can see what I found below.nOf course I lost the receipt so no return and i dont want to waste gas driving back to West Kelowna from downtown but it's time to start inspecting these berries a lot more closely. At $9.00 for 12oz it's becoming ridiculously expensive especially when there's obviously no quality control.

Looks old and dated. Can use a renovation for sure.nStaff were friendly and welcoming.

Super helpful and friendly pharmacist and cashier. They really took the stress out of what could have been stressful. The pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure my mother got her neccessary medication eventhough we were from out of town.nThank you
