Shoppers Drug Mart

Visited the pharmacy last week with my grand father to get his new prescription medication. I must say pharmacist Nav at the pharmacy knows her job very well. She explained and reviewed the medication with my grand father. This was the first time that someone explained that well to my grand father. She also reviewed all other medications with him. My grand father was so happy with her service. Thank you!

I visited the pharmacy at this Shoppers location today in order to get an emergency refill on an important medication that I had run out of (long story). Visiting from Edmonton, I wasn't certain if it would be possible. However, the pharmacy staff were exceptionally accommodating. Using my ID, prescription number, and Shoppers store number in Edmonton, they were able to confirm the medication and then called my usual store to confirm the dosage. They were able to direct bill my health insurance and provide me with 2 doses very promptly, being courteous and helpful throughout. I am incredibly grateful for their assistance. Withdrawal symptoms from certain SSRIs are awful, so thank you Shoppers Drug Mart :)

Called in advance for the availability of a cosmetic product. Was assured there was enough in stock so quickly travelled across the lower mainland to only receive an apology that the cosmetician made a mistake and the product was not in stock. Expressed my disappointment at the store.

Friendly and kind staff, great value on in house brand, frequent sales on things I need, good prices on nonsale items, everything is in stock and the selection is good.
