Shoppers Drug Mart

Bella in the beauty boutique was exceptional. I've gone to several beauty boutique only for them to not really listen to my needs or make recommendations that aren't in line with my habits. Bella took charge - did the colour matching and really understood what I was looking for. Highly recommend going to see her if you are looking for someone who can narrow your needs and put tangible products in your hand.

The pharmacists are pleasant and helpful. But the heavy girl with dark hair pharmacy assistant offers some of the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. She continuously refuses to refill my prescriptions stating it's too early for my insurance company but they end up processing it every time. And they don't tell me until I've made the 30 minute drive to the store! And then have to wait another 20 minutes or they have run out entirely. No communication! My doctor told me she called him to question him about the dosage which he found inappropriate. She has accused me of overusing and abusing my prescriptions. I have never had any issues with other shoppers but everytime I go here I can't get what I need and made to feel like I've done something wrong. I have also heard her laughing about me as I left the counter. Very disappointed in this employees behaviour. l will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

This is my favorite shoppers!! Great pharmacy and post office staff too!!

Exceptionally disappointed in how unprofessional the managers seemed to be and the way they treated their staff. Employees were generally rude and appeared miserable, would not reccomend this particular Shoppers. You are better off taking your business elsewhere.
