Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They don’t know what they are doing at all. Told me the script was wrong and had to go back to my dr office. Told me my benefits don’t cover it when they do. There was nothing wrong with the script. This place wasted a lot of my time. I transferred to a new pharmacy and they still couldn’t even complete the transfer request. The pharmacy I transferred to had issues with this pharmacy and their terrible reputation in this industry. They advised me they had approximately 500 people transfer to their pharmacy alone from this one in the past year. Save your time, gas, and money on a real pharmacy that won’t want you to pull your hair out like this one

Always love going into Shoppers. so many different things and it smells really nice because of all the designer perfumes they carry. The make up counter has all the brands and lots of really cool brands. The cosmetics clerks always answer your questions and help make sure you get the right products. They have a lot of gluten free and vegan food which is great. The pharmacy is always quick to fill the prescriptions. It is really clean and well stocked. Watch for when they have double pc points or are on sale and you will get good deals.

Trust the reviews, don’t go to this location if you like to receive your prescriptions in a timely manner. Phones are never answered, long lines, and staff are clearly overworked and burnt out. Prescriptions that have been faxed over are constantly misplaced, and on numerous occasions I have been without medication for over a week because of clerical errors on their end. I have been turned away many times because my “prescription is not ready” despite having received text alerts for pickup a day prior. Don’t bother - it’s not worth the stress!

Do not expect this Pharmacy to call you back. Do not expect this pharmacy to give you all of the medication that you needed. Do not expect Pharmacy to successfully relay information and given it simplest form do not expect the people who answer the phones to be able to understand you when you give them your name, your first name and your phone number. Do not expect good manners over the phone do not pass service and again I repeat do not trust them to call you back. If they say that they will call you back. They will not need to call them every time You need to know if you’re meds are ready for pick up if your transfer has arrived, etc. or go there in person and when you do get there and when you do finally have jumped through all of the hooves, make sure all of the medication that you needed are in your bag. I repeat do not trust these people go to another pharmacy.

Went by for white strips. There wasn’t a box for the ones that I wanted so I went to the til to ask about it. The person on the till didn’t seem to understand so she called the manager who was really rude and snappy. I tried to explain that there wasn’t a box for the ones I wanted and told them the type. They kept insisting that I go back to the isle rather than actually helping me. When I told them that I’d prefer to go somewhere else, the manager shouted at me as I walked out that this was their ‘procedure’. It was really rude and unnecessary, not to mention bad modelling for the less senior employee. I went to a different business and had a much better experience. I won’t be back.
