Shoppers Drug Mart

I have to start my saying that Shoppers for the value hands down has the best loyalty program. Having said that the women in the cosmetic department are something to be acquired. Recently, I was in the store and asked the lady about the Urban Decay Naked palettes and she knew nothing about them. I asked her to clarify how come she didn't know about the product wasn't that apart of her position in the makeup section? So frustrating!!! On other occasions i feel like the older adult staff are familiar with long standing brands like Estee Lauder but have less knowledge about the newer lines like Urban Decay or Stila. On anther occasion I went into the store and was looking at Shisedo products and asked the sales lady about the products. She went on some rant about how the whole beauty industry is geared towards Asian's and kept saying... "its a fact". I didn't know what that was about. I kept telling her I have oily skin and wanted the cleanser and toner to address that and the ageing skin cream for night time.The lady kept arguing with me that the oily cleanser was going to strip my skin and make it super tight. I kept telling her that I've tried this product before and it works for me. In the end she just stated its "up to you". I hate going into the cosmetics section at this store. However the staff in the rest of the store are great and very helpful.

I have always been happy with anything I purchase here, the staff are very pleasant and helpful and the store is always tidy and clean. Couldn't ask for more!

This store is always a comfortable shopping experience. The parking, just outside the main doors is a little awkward and busy, but overall, thanks for making shopping easy .....

Always have the pleasure of being served by Jim during late hours. He is very approachable and always explain my prescription with great care. Sure the price is a tap higher than Walmart, for example, but I feel the service and the clean environment makes up for that.

Terrible management in the Pharmacy. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at the front till. Why would I come back and spend money here?
