I had the most wonderful experience in the beauty department this morning. Leen went above and beyond to help me pick out a special gift for a friend. She even went as far as to wrap it beautifully for me, and provide me tissue for roses I had picked up by the cash registers. She was incredibly friendly, helpful, kind and she made my day! I would highly recommend shopping here above other cosmetics stores for the wonderful customer service.

Today I went in to buy some Arabic perfumes, and Leen made my experience so wonderful! She was so friendly, genuinely kind, and very knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for and even checked for alternatives. Such amazing customer service!

Jasmine Brar, the cashier who helped me was super patient and helpful. She was busy doing other tasks, but came to greet me as soon as I came up to the counter. She helped me ring through my stuff efficiently and in a very friendly manner.nThank you Jasmine, you're amazing!

Today my shopping experience was above and beyond in the cosmetics department. Juliette is an absolute gem and is a bright Light. My second experience shoppingwith her and she always has great recommendations and is genuinely helpful. So Grateful. Teresa in cosmetics is also wonderful and I appreciate her help when she's assisted me. Shoppers is lucky to have them.

The worst ever experience I had with the employee named Jenna. I asked her the price of one of the items in a very polite and respectful manner but all I got to hear was I do not know and she was about to move away from there and I said Could you please check. So, if you dont know and you dont even care to help the customer, then what are you exactly doing there. Very rude and disappointing. Never going back there.
