We stopped here by chance to get my 91 year-old dad his Covid booster and flu shots. The pharmacist was simply amazing! He had a line of people and he remained true grace under pressure. Everyone got served and his interpersonal skills kept the customers in a good mood. We all ended up talking to each other, and no one complained. He even called back to follow up on a question we had and to see how we were. My family has gone back for their shingles shots since. Rod
Just had my flu shot at Better Me Pharmacy and got my COVID vaccines months ago. Drove past 4 pharmacies to get here and I'd do it every time! Talk about quality care for the customer!!! You won't find a more attentive and caring, friendly and professional, knowledgeable and highly qualified pharmacist and pharmacy than Ami and his staff in White Rock. You'll feel like walking into "Cheers" where everybody knows you name! Your not treated as an "inconvenience or a bother." like the big name pharmacies. I'm transferring everything over from Shoppers! A+ for Advice plus!
I have been coming here for a short while , amid and his coworker are Definetly a humorous fun loving type of people . The world needs more ami’s and less other types . It’s not often I get shown kindness or empathy to my situation but I’ve received both and nothing short of professionalism . As long as better me pharmacy is open for business consider me a life time customer . Thank you
AAA Service! We walk by this neighborhood pharmacy almost on a daily basis and decided to give it a try. We were blown away by the warm & friendly service we received from Ami, the pharmacist, as soon as we walked in the door. He not only recognized us just from walking by all the time, but he went above and beyond to explain the vaccine we were inquiring about, even calling us the next day after researching it further. He even emailed us more information about it so we could make the most informed decision on whether to get it. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend this pharmacy.
I received my first Covid19 vaccine at Better Me Pharmacy today and the pharmacist Ami was absolutely great. The whole process was quick and painless and I have no concerns about getting my second vaccine done here. EXCELLENT customer service!
I had a large package that was left at Fedex drop off located in the Better Me Pharmacy. This wasn't ideal because to no fault of the pharmacy the store hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, which falls into my working hours, so I made arrangements to take an hour off work to pick my package up at 9am this morning. Despite the website, sign on the door and voicemail all stating that the store opens at 9am, I arrived at 9am and waited for 30 minutes with no one there. I called their number and I left a message but did not receive a call back. I then called again later in the morning from a different number and Omar picked up. He indicated that he was not the store owner so he couldn't do anything to help me and suggested I call back on Monday. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and problem solving, which seems surprising given the high ratings.
Got my covid booster and flu vaccine here, very professional with a relaxed environment. The pharmacist was polite, warm and informative.
Simply the best pharmacist I ever had. Very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. He takes the time to explain about the drugs - any possible conflicts with other drugs, what time of the day is best to take it even vitamins.... He is up-to-date on new advanced drugs e.g. new vaccine for Shingles that the doctors are not aware of. We need to support this local, privately owned pharmacy where the pharmacist knows you by name!
I'm all about the customer. Ami the owner/pharmacist is all about you. There are very little businesses that I would recommend, I highly recommend Better Me Pharmacy, Ami really cares for you. There are a lot of choices in White Rock / South Surrey. To me now, there is no other choice, not even close. I know customer service, I know business, now I know Ami, you should too ! He has made a better "Me".
Excellent service here this week for my COVID vaccine. I will be bringing all my prescriptions here from now on. We were very impressed with Ami's personal service and knowledge.
