The makeup counter ladies were extremely helpful and kind my shopping was made easy !!!!nThe post office handle return very fast and Efficient thank you !!
Jocelyn from makeup is absolutely amazing! Her costumer service is unmatched, she's incredibly knowledgeable about all beauty products, and seriously the kindest soul I've ever met. I had grad photos today and sephora canceled on me last min. Jocelyn not only helped calm me in an overwhelmed state, she helped me pick out great makeup, and she applied the most beautiful makeup I've ever had. So talented! And she still was able to help everyone else and give the best costumer service Ive seen. Seriously she deserves a raise! Words really can't describe how grateful I am for her help and how much praise she deserves!
Pharmacy and customer service would not pick up the phone on 3 attempts while being on hold 12-15 minutes. I called another Shoppers in the area instead and they picked up promptly so they've gotten my business.
I visited the pharmacy and asked about Hep A vaccines as my family of 3 was travelling the following month. I was told by the first woman I spoke with that we could get them administered there, that they have them in stock, and as long as I had a prescription from my doctor they could do it without an appt. I specifically asked if we could come in the evening after work without appt and have it done for all three of us and she said yes. I got the prescriptions from our doctor as instructed and returned a couple weeks later after work for all three of us to receive it. When I arrived the gentleman asked if we had appts and I explained no because I was told it wasn’t needed. He said they couldn’t help without an appt. I asked them to make an exception just for my son, and that my husband and I would make an appt and come back another day as my son has a fear of needles, doctors, medicine, etc and I didn’t want him to be upset for days waiting for this appt and we had hyped him up to get him into the pharmacy without an appt as per the first person’s instructions. The gentleman went got the pharmacist and she said no, they were too busy and an appt was required. I explained that I had just followed the instructions I was given by their pharmacy to begin with and don’t think my son should ultimately be the one that pays for their mistake by being anxious for days having to wait. I offered to wait and get in line, we were happy to do that, just so he could get his done that evening. She said no, told me not to put her in that position because other people are waiting. I had no problem waiting our turn, and my husband and I were happy to come back another time, but she still said no, not without an appt. She was unapologetic, had no concern for the undue anxiety their mistake was causing someone with a fear of needles, and insisted it’s on us to make an appt bc that’s the policy. We called the other Shoppers Drug Mart on cassells street that evening and they happily accepted us without an appt. They did all three of our vaccines without appointment. They were so kind and thoughtful about our son’s fear of needles and anything health related. They weee wonderful.nnMistakes happen, and misinformation does get given out sometimes, but where I work we take responsibility for our mistakes and ensure we do right by customers. This pharmacist was dismissive, unempathetic, and couldn’t care less that a child was negatively impacted. Thankfully the other location has kind, caring staff.
I ordered ITULATEK from this pharmacy at the end of October. The box should have contained 30 sublingual tablets, but when I opened it, there were only 8 tablets inside. It seems someone at this pharmacy TOOK the missing tablets. I was very disappointed by this. On November 25, I went back to the pharmacy to report the issue. They apologized and promised to provide a new box. However, to my surprise, they charged my insurance again for the replacement box! This is completely unacceptable.
