Be nice if the pharmacist were on the same page; go to Josephine pharmacy before you go here. I’ve also been accused of stealing here three times and I’ve never stolen a thing. I get dealing with thieves can be super annoying, but you don’t start profiling people because of it; apologies don’t fix it either when it’s repeated like this.
Still not sure if we are staying with this pharmacy. 1st visit got attitude from one lady, was trying to tell her it didnt matter if I call my doctor to fill prescription, they still have to fax and ask for each. She walked away from Us so we walked out. Next day we got a needed presciption with much friendy service. Today they had most ready except for my pain medicaton so had go back in and wait. Get home and they missed two important prescriptions for my partner. We are new so will give them another chance tomorrow having to drive back to North Bay but not very impressed at this point at all. A 3 star, I was being generous. I see Josephine store was a suggestion I will keep in mind!
Alice at the Pharmacy was very patronizing and stuck up. I could not imagine having her as my healthcare provider. Im not questioning her qualifications or expertise, I’m sure she is a great pharmacist. But her customer service and social skills suck. I heard you talking about me when I left too. If you must talk behind the customer’s back, then you should at least lower your voice. It doesn’t hurt to be kind and a little more helpful either. It was already awkward enough for me being asked to pick up an item I knew nothing about other than what they looked like. Her coworker called her to the cash and she took one look at me and I could literally feel the tension coming from her. She spoke to me like I was stupid; rolling her eyes, huffing, and asking me to clarify something she knows I couldn’t answer. I don’t understand what you were trying to accomplish by trying to humiliate me in front of your colleagues. I done nothing to you. Excuse me for not understanding what cc’s and gauges are. I must have missed the day when they handed out the pharmacology degrees. Why don’t you treat people with some respect? You’ll be much happier with yourself.
I asked the cashier If I was okay to put my groceries In my backpack and the 150$ of prescriptions I just bought, in my bag. She said the corner... I assumed corner of the checkout table, she redirected me to the dirty corner of the floor pointed and circled it with her finger, could not be more belittled in my life.
The last two times I have gone there, I am forced to use self-checkout even when I expressed that I prefer to go to a cashier. Meanwhile, an associate just stands and watches me.nI saw on the shelf that a product was 2 for $10. But when I purchased the product, the item was ringing up at $7 each. When I brought it up to the associate's attention, she said that that sale started tomorrow. Why have the signs up already?! She wouldn't do anything about it, just offered me a refund. Didn't even honor scanning code of conduct.
