I would like to thank your representative. Bethany. I have requested her assistance several times and she has always helped me choose hypoallergenic,scent free products. Her advice on makeup has especially been so helpful because she selected the perfect foundation,blush and concealer for me and showed me how to apply it as well. I'm so happy with the results. I now have easy to apply products that look flawless and I can't even feel the makeup on me.nAlso she is so knowledgeable and personable. I travel specifically to Oromocto so Bethany is the one to assist me. Thank you.

We always had a pleasant experience at this shoppers, and it is our go too all the time.nHowever, during a recent visit to the beauty section, we encountered a situation where the attendant was engaged in a personal phone call, resulting in a 5-10 minute wait time. Despite our presence, the attendant continued her conversation without acknowledging us, prompting our departure. While we understand the occasional need to take important calls, the extended duration of the call and the attendant's apparent disregard for our presence were unacceptable. This does not align with our expectations for customer service.

I switched my pharmaceutical needs to shoppers since I find myself in Oromoncto more than Fredericton and I love them there. So helpful! Great pharmacy staff. I don't really buy anything else at shoppers other than my prescription so I can't speak to the rest of the store because I find it convenience priced.

This Shoppers is so backed up and never get your prescriptions ready on time. You can call 3 days in advance,  they say it will be ready by 430. It never is. You still have to wait an extra hour at least. What really makes me angry is, I try to use med ready so I don't have to call them. They do not update the prescriptions in the computer.  I have called because my prescriptions say 0. They say we have new ones on file. We'll how about you add them on my account so I don't have to call in to speak with someone.  And wait on hold forever.
