Shoppers Drug Mart

Pharmacy here is HORRIBLE!!!! Meds that are supposed to be delivered on a schedule NEVER are!!!! Supposed to be dropped off by 3 pm every Sunday and yet they've only managed to remember to do it a few times since March!!!! We've had to drive up there to pick them up! Why offer the service if you can't deliver!!!

Absolutely horrible!!!nVery disappointed, I went in with a girlfriend just now to replace some makeup that was running low and to try out a new lip stain, maybe get a new pallet so probably about to drop $300 each, all of a sudden 4 staff and some dude claiming to own the store, said we were not allowed to shop there... This is my 3rd time in this shoppers I was treated like someone who steals and was given absolutely no explanation. I had A $50 lipstick in my hand I was so excited to purchase... I will NEVER step foot in another shoppers drug mart for the rest of my life! Hurry up Sephora and open your doors.

Went to buy Perfumes which were in clearance ONLINE. They had it in store but it scanned full price. I would have purchased it online but it was out of stock but it was available in store as per the shoppers drug mart website. Prices should be the same online as well as in store. Not impressed. All other stores in Ontario scanned for 21.99 for those Perfumes, but not this store; as per the associate. Said it's a mistake as online prices does not matches the in-store prices. Not impressed by the policy, otherwise the associate was good, atleast she tried to grab those Perfumes and atleast she scanned them, although it scanned full price, it did not match with the prices online.nSHOPPERS DRUG MART, please do not put these fake and false prices online, if you cannot put the same clearance price IN STORE; because online it's always OUT OF STOCK, online but if it's available in store, it scans regular price.nThis is false and betraying for customers who actually loves to shop at Shoppers and are loyal customers of Shoppers drug mart.nTake a look into this matter please.nAtleast honor these prices in store, or do not put this clearance price online as it's always OUT OF stock online, so what's the point.nUseless and just wastage of time for customers like us who just went to Shoppers to get this deal.nShame

I don't know what's up with shoppers drug mart lately but their prices have skyrocketed... $12 for a stick of deodorant, and not to mention the customer service along with pharmacy staff were incredibly rude and argumentative with not just me, but other customers also. Shoppers used to be my number one go to for hygiene and medication but I'm just gonna go to a different pharmacy.

Very Poor ServicenThey charged us extra for the passport size photographs, extremely expensive , they do not put much efforts to serve the customers. I do not recommend shoppers at Great northern location for any services. Their staff is not helpful at all.
