Shoppers Drug Mart

Terrible....went to get a flu shot and there was absolutely no customer service. There was no direction or staff running the flu shot clinic...sat there for 1/2 hour and not one staff member appeared. I was waiting in the sitting area and finally approached the counter to ask if anyone was going to give out the flu shots and they said it would be another 25 min wait. TERRIBLE SERVICE in our community... 2 other elderly people left ahead of me. Would not recommend getting a flu shot at any Shoppers Drug Mart.

Pharmacy never has their stuff together. Was told my prescriptions would be ready by 4pm. It's now 7pm and they are not done and now I have to wait for them when I have better things to do before a long weekend. Extremely unacceptable.

The pharmacy is terrible. The staff in the pharmacy are very rude, unhelpful and lack customer service. Over the last 3 months I have had nothing but issues with dropping off a prescription with being told she was too busy to take it; waited for 20 minutes without being spoken to and was pawned off on someone else. Organizing a prescription to be picked up and when the person picking up my prescription went there was no record of my conversation with the person over the phone. I can continue with negative.experiences. I have since moved my services down to another location and it's like day and night between locations. I will not return to this location.

I have had three poor experiences in the last 6 months at this pharmacy. 1. Gave me the incorrect prescription. 2. Lost my health insurance card 3. Told me my prescription would be ready Monday afternoon and when I arrived two days later on Wednesday evening the prescription was still not ready. I live outside of town and had to drive back to town each time because of their errors. In all three circumstances the staff were unapologetic. As the old saying goes, three strikes you're out. I will be taking my business else where.

Very unorganized. Called three times to see if medication was ordered by doctor had been received. Told no medication had been ordered by the doctor for my wife when it had been processed. Without her pain meds over the weekend. Found we could have had her extremely important meds on Friday. Left her to be in excruciating pain do to mismanagement of my enquiries.
