I had the best experience at this drug store because of Amarjit Kaur. She is such a beautiful person to deal with in the skin care department. She help me pick out the right products for my face. She is highly educated in this department. She was so patient and so sweet and understanding with the customers. I will keep coming back to this location of drug store because of this beautiful lady. I will tell all my family and friends to come here for all there beauty needs. And everything else as well. She's one of the nicest ladies I've ever dealt with for my skin and make up needs. One of the best I've ever dealt with. And highly recommend her to anybody.
After the previous franchise owner Manny retired the service has taken a serious decline. Staff are quick to take in a prescription, however if you are there to pick up no one cares. I have been at the counter, the only customer and have been ignored. Other customers show up after me but are at drop off not pick up and they will be services first at drop off. I had been a customer at this location since 2006. But no more! I moved to Ultra Care in the same plaza
Too busy place. Probably understaffed. Tried to call them today, first time it was 12 min, second time 35 mins wait, both times no success to talk. Also it often takes days getting the medication unless you wait in the pharmacy 30 or 40 minutes. A few times I was told to come next or second day there was no rush and they started processing my order only after I came... They have automated refill system which works most of the time if Family Doctor responds with a new prescription but you have to wait
