I recently visited this store to purchase a perfume, and unfortunately, I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Shoppers location. The associate in the cosmetics section wearing blue lenses was extremely disinterested, unhelpful, and came across as quite arrogant.nnShe did not provide pricing information or allow us to properly test the perfumes, and it felt as though she simply wanted us to make a purchase quickly and leave. When customers are spending over $100 on a fragrance, the least they should expect is courtesy and assistance in making a decision.nnI would strongly recommend that the store manager spend some time coaching this employee on basic customer service etiquette, as the current approach does not reflect the standards Shoppers is known for. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location for cosmetic purchases.
I went to purchase axe deodorant and had multiple $2 off coupon from Axe which mentioned $2 off per purchase of 1 item. Viviana the cashier did not allow me to use multiple coupons in transaction and said you could use just one, which was weird as coupon did not restrict per transaction. Further her colleague used racist remarks stating as native english speaker we know purchase and transaction means same thing which we wont understand. I wanted to highlight to manager of this store to train the staff better to avoid customer harassment. As a couponer i have used multiple coupons in same transaction across many store but never felt such inconvenience
Yesterday evening I went to shoppers and two young girl employees one working in cosmetics, and the other with a regular uniform—both blonde made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I asked to use the bathroom and while some places will open it up to the public, I understand other places won’t. But very awkward service, and the other employee starred me down and shook her head. I then said ok that’s fine, and decided to look around for feminine hygiene wipes. The cosmetics worker stopped me and said “exit is the other way”, but I just wanted to look for the wipes. I said i’m still looking around and she started to follow me as im walking past the aisles. I felt very uncomfortable, I couldn’t find the wipes and I just left.
Very disappointing service from the ladies in the pharmacy. They were rude and unprofessional, with no basic communication or patient-handling skills. Their attitude and behavior were unacceptable — no courtesy, no ethics, and no professionalism at all.

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how pleasant it was to shop there. The store was impeccably organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. I really appreciate a well-laid-out store. But what truly made my shopping trip special was the cashier. He was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. He had a warm smile and offered great recommendations. I felt so welcomed and valued as a customer. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service these days. I will definitely be returning to this store!
