Worst customer service by the beauty advisor at the counter in the evning shift. So disrespectful, non welcoming and horribly rude. Wont recommend a perfume saying “all men perfume smell the same- basic”. Felt like she wasn’t interested to be there anyways. People like them should be far away from applying for customer service jobs, if you feel its too much for you. Work with a happy face or dont work at all. PERIOD
Last night i went for a digital photo after confirming over phone that you are doing it right now or not, but when i reachrd there and talk to the assitant mananger i think his name is casey, that i am here for the picture, but this unprofessional person with very disrespectful way said we are not doing pictures right now but the person i talked on a phone was very nice and polite he helped me and clicked my photo, but that unprofessional person dont even deserve to be an assitant manager keep on saying in a taunting and very rude words i cant help with this i dont know anything about it. if he know nothing about it then he dont deserve to be an assitant manager. he sounds more like a racist person.
On the 5 May 2024 I purchased $100.00 Amazon gift card. When I tried to redeem the card it showed it was already redeemed. I went to shoppers and was told to contact 1800 shopper. Which I did. I told the person that the card showed redeemed but it wasn't me. A few days later I received a response to say that their third party 'investigated' and the card was redeemed, case closed. If I wanted to go further I should contact Amazon. I did, they were not pleased as I did not purchase it from them. They did take the details although they said there's no promises. Why am I going thru this? Shoppers has made me feel like a thief. They have not checked to see who used the card or where the product was sent. I cannot afford to lose $100.
I dropped my medication off 1 day ago and when I came to pick up my medication the pharmacist was packing medication instead of giving their medications. The service is extremely slow when all u need is your medications when you’re sick. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. Someone needs to hire more effective staff at the pharmacy.
Just had knee surgery while in pain insat in the car for 2 hours last night may 23 2024 while my wife waited 2 hours for 1 pharmacist to figure out a prescription I had faxed over from the hospital in the later afternoon. It was 12 am they had the prescription for more than 11 hours. Horrible customer service. Then told me it's not covered on my comprehensive drug plan and had to pay out of pocket. Spoke to management this morning they told me it was my problem..nIf I could walk in there I'd love to hear that manager say that to my 6 foot 6 250 pound face.nPlease note if you are not Indian punjabi or whatever the staff is there you will be put second or even third while they tend to address and help their own ppl first. Absolutely disgusting. Will be pulling my medical files from this shoppers drug mart. Also would like to note that my Wife is a Registered Nurse and our drug coverage is 100%
