Worst experience by one of the employee here called JAY. I asked him for help, and for no reason, he started screwing me. I do not feel like coming here again. It's better to go food basic or walmart. Moreover, when I asked him to call the manager for this kind of cheap behavior so he pretended to be a manager and said that i am the boss here, but he did not look like that. He's such a cheap guy. Really, management should take care of this kind of people to keep customers coming again to the store.

Today, I visited FreshCo, where I went to the cashier to pay for my items. When I got home and checked my list, I realized the cashier had added 4 extra products to my bill. I immediately returned to the store, spoke to the cashier who admitted her mistake, and she directed me to go to counter 8 for a refund. After explaining the situation at counter 8, the staff agreed to process the refund and began looking for the products to scan. However, another staff member got involved, insisting on checking the security cameras to verify that the products were indeed left at the counter. Despite the cashier acknowledging her mistake, this new staff member is requesting proof and suggesting I come back tomorrow for an update. It's frustrating because I already clarified that the products were left at the counter
