Shooters Wood Fire Grill

Shooters has an upscale inviting interior and friendly staff. The food was good but was not hot on our visit. The menus description and pricing is more upscale than the food quality. I would visit Shooters on my next visit to the Rapid City area and give them another try.

This used to be such a great place. We travelled to Rapid to visit family, wanted wings as always, Shooters used to have the best. Well, after bugs in my drink and my friends, the gal not knowing the menu at all, the beers advertised not available and an overall horrible experience, we left without ordering and won't be back.

Waitress was inattentive. Drinks are stingy. Meat was way under cooked (they comped a drink for the wait but my date had to eat alone or eat cold food. Spinach artichoke dip was surprisingly small for $10. I don't recommend this place based on my experience. There are some GREAT restaurants in Rapid City. This is NOT one of them. I'm local.

Waitresses are warm and friendly, food is typical American and has a unique non franchise feel to it, the cook really personalizes it and that taste sets it apart from other Shooters, you can tell they take joy in what they do, the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that there is no vegan, no dairy free or gluten free options. Everything has meat or cheese or milk in it. Makes it difficult to order vegan friendly meals

Excellent service, tasty food, nice atmosphere. Prices reasonable.
