Had a visit at this store today. Great variety lot of good deals for winter boots. Definitely a money saver spot.

Poor customer service for a store this big. I live in Port Elgin, 3hrs away from this store closest to my location. The store manager Michelle wont return the money to original credit card insisting on store credit. She was skeptical about where i live even when i showed my ID to her.

Ordered the shoes online and the purchase was confirmed, I came to store for a pick up. They told me it was canceled although it was never canceled, just while I was at the store it got canceled.nI would appreciate if they they simply said it’s out of stock or they could just update their website rather coming all the way for them to find it’s not available.nBad costumer service.

Not many small sizes. Clean store very spacious. Some reasonable deals available. The clearance rack prices we still high.

Not sure why people have reviewed negatively about this place and their staff.They are far from rude and hostile. I wasn't attended by just one but 2-3 at a time. The range, I agree wasn't much,but maybe that's because I went to pick up a pair of sandals in fallnot a very bright idea!.None the less, had a good experience shopping here today.I will be back ,for sure.
