This is what a pathetic $9 poutine looks like from this sad excuse of a restaurant purchased November 6th. On the bright side I never have to go to this place again. Consider this a 0 star rating!
I love this place, one of my stops I make when traveling across Canada. Incredible service amd great food.
After this being our probably fourth or fifth visit since this restaurant location reopens it's very hot and cold, one night was very well prepared food that was cooked right and courteous staff. last night's visit where we decided to try their new IP menu just to find that the prices are reduced but then the portion size is also adjusted accordingly they were short-staffed due to personal issues but again we were treated very well and our customer over-the-top experience was never met. They charge for the little things Xtra salad dressing, a garnish on a ceasar $100 bill $15 tip. I mentioned take it with a grain of salt flip a coin as you never know what you're going to get when you walk through this door of this restaurant.
I just enjoyed the quiet atmosphere and I had their sliders and they were grrreat. Young lady serving was a sweetheart caring for everyone with a beautiful smile and pleasant conversation. I'll be backFood: 5/5
Avoid if you don't like a certain food that's on any of their options or you're allergic to anything as either the manager or owner has instructed the staff not to modify any of the meals telling them it's policy well that's funny because it's not the policy at the Belleville location which has the same policies handed down from management
We rolled in an hour before closing and the food was still incredible. Server was friendly and the menu options were varied and interesting. All parties enjoyed their meal, very good value.
Went for dinner and drinks with my parents and Shawn and Ryan were incredible servers. Very charismatic and personable. Our time there was a lot of fun, couldn’t have asked for better service!!
Sunday night, an hour before closing, you don't walk into any restaurant realistically with very high expectations. Enter Shoeless Joe's Napanee. Ordered a chicken cordon bleu with quinoa and it came out fresh and steaming hot, and absolutely delicious. Ryan was a fantastic server, and the management here should be extraordinarily proud of the standard the kitchen staff and the front of house lives up to here. Don't go to Chuck's. Drive a bit further and come here instead for quality food and service, even an hour before closing on a Sunday night. Cheers.
Great place to go for a quick drink and bite with friends but not for a Birthday celebration. They don't sing Happy Birthday and make it a fun atmosphere for something like that.Food: 5/5
ordered takeout & very disappointed…. The servings were super small - 6 onions rings - barley any fries and the smallest poutine serving WILL NOT be spending my money here -
