the worst customer service in town. I truly enjoy the coffee frappe so I keep going back but every time the service is worse and the food is terrible. My previous experience was also terrible where I waited at the speaker due order for several minutes even though nobody was busy ahead of me which is unacceptable for something known as fast food. Today I got the coffee frappe again and I paid for a chicken wrap. They take your money immediately But if the food isn’t ready for some reason even though it’s supposed to be fast food they sent me a head to park after the side to wait for a little chicken snack wrap. I was a little bit confused on why they had to wait for such a small order but I agreed and pulled ahead even though I had already paid I didn’t get my food but I decided to go ahead and wait anyway where I waited for about five minutes along with the guy ahead of me. I got sick of waiting and as I started my engine to leave the go ahead of me did as well I guess he got sick of waiting too. The food is terrible the service is not good and the wait times are ridiculous for a fast food restaurant. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant to my friends or family. And to add insult to injury to coffee frappe was two dollars for the summer and now it’s jacked up to 379+ taxes I believe, what a joke.
We like this convenient restaurant. Usually the travelers are crowded and wait for a long line at On route Service centre. This restaurant is located at separate area. We ordered our food via driving through service and ate our food behind the parking lots with fresh air. The service is quick and the food is delicious.
The food is what it is, but their drive through service is absolutely terrible. If you’re going to have two intercoms, use both of them! It’s always one side not getting looked after while everybody else on the other intercom is being helped - and next thing you know, everybody who was behind you is now ahead of you and nobody’s asked if they can take your order yet.
My partner and I would eat here about once a week in the summer after work, all the times I had went something in our order would be messed up. We would pay for large drinks and get mediums, most of the time are fries were missing and straws, a couple of times we didn’t even get half of our meal. No orders have ever been complicated, we would order combos as is with no alterations. Three nights ago my partner drove to this Mcdonald’s durning the snow storm to get a meal for himself and just a drink for me. I had asked for a strawberry banana smoothie and received a strawberry milkshake. In the evenings the staff, which are teenagers, take a very long time providing service to drive thru. I have waited more than 10 minutes at the speaker for my order to be taken long after the supper rush while it was dead. I have worked in fast food before, we were to follow the time limit from which the customer finish their order to receiving their meal. Even when the location was busy we made sure to maintain quick service.
Friendly staff and mobile drive up service. Just pull in, order on the McD App, and 12.3 minutes later the food arrives. Convenient!
Quite happy with the speed of service. They seemed more organized and efficient than the Tim Horton’s across the street. For breakfast options, I was interested in sausage egg and cheese bagel but that wasn’t available despite for some reason, there was sausage egg McMuffin and bacon egg cheese bagel. Ended up going with the McMuffin. My only criticism was that the English muffin was over toasted and burnt along the edges. Once again, I was otherwise happy with the speed of service.
Honestly it's your typical Mc Donald's. Same food . I was craving fries . Also I never eat this food it's so unhealthy.Food: 3/5

Great service! My original order was messed up. They corrected the issue very quickly during probably the busiest time of the day.
I have ordered an pick up from curb side, the lady was full of energy and I loved it. Clean bathrooms too.
