Tiger Sugar

I ordered the two drinks through a delivery service and both came sealed. I left my review with the delivery service as well. Only after finishing the drink did I discover there was a screw in one of the drinks! Clearly the food is being prepared under unsafe conditions. Unbelievably careless preparation of food. Will never come to this location again.

$7.5 for a large cup which really a medium in other BBT stores. No option for sweetness and ice!? I got a large coffee jelly latte and the whole cup was filed with ice. Finished it in seconds. Taste is ok but not paying for that kinda price for bubble tea.

Never tried this store before, but glad I did! I got the coffee jelly which is something I haven't tried before in bbt. The staff was also rly nice and explained what the different types of flavours are. Would like to go back again and try their other flavours

We did TooGoodToGo pick up and got three for the price of one. One was a sweeter tea with fruit pearls that popped like big tobiko. And the other two were milk tea on the less sweet side, like we would normally order it. The ice was not melted and the drinks were not diluted so our experience was great. I’d go back on any day even if we weren’t getting a deal.

First of all, the sizes are a joke, L and XL, when clearly it's regular and large. Prices are unreasonable. Pearls turns out to be mini pearls and Boba is the regular sized pearls you can get from any store. The pearls were good, in terms of flavour and texture, I'll give that to them. But the drink overall was bland, especially the black tea latte which clearly doesn't look like a latte and was handed to me lukewarm. I didn't enjoy the drink at all.

Literally writing this review not even after 5 mins of leaving the store. I promise im not one to leave bad reviews but I had to. I got two drinks and both tasted horrible!! One of the drinks was straight up just whole milk. The drink was just white. There was nothing mixed in it aside from boba. I’ve had Tiger Sugar before and it’s the best I’ve ever had and now im walking away with a horrible experience not just with service kid did not care and horrible taste. Will not be coming back.

Thought there was an actual tiger in the shop, but just this guy snoring. He slept for like a good 15 mins and I couldn't wake him up even if I tried. And the bubble tea was so tasteless nothing like the ones from Taiwan.

Not sure if they were rushing out close to closing but we ordered 2 drinks Brown sugar boba and black tea. But the brown sugar was literally tasting like milk. Black tea was a bit too sweet for my liking. Not recommended

The young stuff lady is very kind. She made my order real quick and always have and energetic smile on her face. Definitely would go there again.

Your employee wears headphones and hates his job. He leaves milk with the lid not closed on the counter top lying around. Whe clients place their order he doesn't make it according to what they asked for. First time there and last time there. You should fire the male staff you have currently working there. He is ruining the reputation of your store.
