Their tea tastes delicious and atmosphere is also pretty good. They also have a matching discount and student discount so don't forget to bring your ID with you. Their egg waffle is fresh made and tastier than other places' in my opinion. Also the tea container looks very cute which I think is special.

Cute little place downtown. Not too busy and plenty of spots to sit. Their drinks seem to be a bit on the pricier end, but I love the cups they use. I wasnt too fond of the drink I got. Definitely didnt feel like it was worth $6+. However, I may come back to try their bubble waffle. It seems quite delicious.

Helpful staff, beautiful atmosphere, and the tea is amazing I think I had the four seasons tea and it was the best drink I've ever had. Will be coming back and highly recommend

The shop is so bright and cute! The ladies working were delightful. I tried the roselle lemon tea and it was amazing! I did not get a chance to try the food, but it smelled delicious.

Mango slush is icy and not made of real fruit, or at least does not taste like it is, service could be better.

I got the tea and bubble waffle combo for 10% off. The roasted milk tea was great but she didn't ask me what size I wanted so she automatically gave me a large. The bubble waffle was freshly made but the batter is too eggy. Not to my liking. I prefer bubble waffle cafe at the food court instead when they make it fresh.

Wonderful service. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Really good environment to hang out. The bbt and bubble waffle are very delicious. I will come back again!
