There isn't enough help in this store. Often only one person working. Help can be nasty.  Customers are not taken care of in order.  Paint sample mixed with wrong base necessitating a return for correct color.  Will use Mt. Pleasant store from now on.

Another review already mentioned the problem, she was done mixing my paint for 15 minutes and decided not to let me know, started helping another customer until I decided to come to the counter. Way to treat a $150k +a year customer.

It's no color wheel there, if you need to verify color, you have to get true all color chips on the desplay. Very unprofessional. I never have this problem  in any other stores.

The worse costumer service I ever had, I got there 35 min Before they closed and  the person on dutty (Michelle) gave me an  actittude when I came in, apparently she was in the hurry to go home and gave me the wrong color.
