Kmart

EVERY SINGLE time I shop here the cash register freezes or completely shuts down. Even after my merchandise was paid for I was not allowed to leave with it because the register stopped working before my receipt printed! HINT FOR EVERYONE :::::: YOUR RECEIPT IS ALSO PNC YOUR REWARDS ACCOUNT!

Omgee this store so expensive on certain things but its convient and quick to go to and check out is okay at times

I just went to Kmart Kenosha, and argued with this jeri curl black lady at the return desk. She got mad and started snapping at me, so I snapped back at her. I told her that there is a way to talk to someone, and was offended she called me “Dear.” I have addressed this type of issue before with this store, and they don’t care, or value their customers. This lady was rude, had a bad attitude, and was very disrespectful. I am tired of contacting Kmart headquarters, about the same things; I am just going to take my money elsewhere. I would never step foot in this store again, and buy my items online.

It's rare to find a KMart. The staff here cares to help their customers. The store is well stocked with a variety of items.
