We used Sheldon Sherman to close on multiple properties for us and the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. I was impressed with Shawna’s diligence at double checking all the information with the bank and other lawyers. She was quick to identify issues and followed up until the problems were resolved.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! I had this guy as my lawyer for my sale closing, it was the most frustrating process!!!!! I wish I had met him beforehand because if I did, I never would have used him. He is practically senile, he is so old fashioned he refuses to even send emails, he talks down to his own clients even. His assistant is the only one who talks to you (Shawna) and she is a terribly rude woman herself!! I will go out of my way to make sure anyone who asks me about him knows what a terrible experience I had. The buyers of my house (we're friends) told me that their lawyer hates working with this guy too, that he makes the process unbearably difficult, and that they were horrified to hear that I had retained him as my lawyer and that they were forced to try to work with him again. It was honestly horrible!! Sheldon is you read this (which you won't because you probably don't even know what google is - RETIRE)
