I have been there for an oil change on my RX 350. My advisor was Robert which made my day.Very professional, patient and knowledgeable. I am not able to speak French, he was fluent in English and I did not feel a stranger. I won't give the last star only because coffee machine was not complimentary and you had to take token for it.
The staff at the garage exhibit discriminatory behavior. While they’re friendly when selling you a car, their attitude turns negative once the sale is completed. Every time I have an appointment, I consider postponing it due to my limited French. This has been the worst experience I’ve had in Sherbrooke.nIf there was -5 star, I would go for that.
The other day when I went to the garage for maintenance and an oil change and they never checked my battery even though I mentioned it . And when I went to leave my Rav 2017 wouldn't start. I went back in and asked the man to come and boost me, he opened the hood and took off the cap and said that it needs cleaning. No kidding I told him that the garage said it's fine. This is the second time that I got two different opinions.
From the moment I ordered my Toyota Prius prime, waiting for 1.5 years and having an exceptional test drive driving experience and completing the sale was flawless and personalized. Thank you.
To sell shit, everyone is nice! After that, everything is changed!! The costumer service is awful and differentiate between customers!
