We were made to feel very comfortable by Eric & the equippe. Everyone is super friendly & very knowledgeable . Eric is a super salesman & we have total trust in him.
Literally 0 communication skills. The finance manager or whoever he is Stephane is impossible to reach. Literally reads your text messages and refuses to answer until he tells you hes out of the office until Monday and will get back to me and never does. Literally this place has 0 communication skills and is super sketchy on their cars. If your not very smart then go ahead and buy a car from here lol your choice.
From the moment I stepped into their dealership I felt welcomed. All my questions were answered, even after a few phone calls and emails. I felt like a valued client which meant a lot after having been to a few others in town where I did not get the same service.nI highly recommend this dealership & Alexandre B. as your sales associate. *He is bilingual as well!!
They keep my car for 4 days waiting for parts when the repairs were supposed to be done in 3-4 hours the first day.nI ended up missing two days of work because they wouldn't call me to let me know of the delays.nnThey almost charged me 500 more than the invoice and my car had multible weird new scratches on both sides.nnAvoid this place.
Mario was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to talk with. Was very helpful and prompt with giving me all the information I requested. The dealership is in excellent condition and wonderfully laid out.
