I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kia Sherbrooke’s after-sales service. Once the deal was done, it felt like I didn’t matter anymore. Every time I reached out for assistance, I was met with delays, unreturned calls, and a lack of accountability. Simple issues took far too long to address, and I felt like I had to chase them constantly for updates. Their customer service team seems uninterested in resolving problems or providing the level of support one would expect. If you value good after-sale service, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I'm very satisfied with my recent purchase from Kia Sherbrooke.  My advisor Obaid provided an excellent service. He was very understanding and guided me to make the right choice of car by taking into account my needs and financial situation. Thank you for making this experience pleasant ! Highly recommended.

Absolutely disappointed. Was saving for a brand new kia but not anymore sadly. So i went in to service my car for some bushings. i was told by a desk service employee that it was under warranty. i booked an appointment for my free oil change and to also look into the warranty for my bushings. i then received a call saying that the bushings are not under warranty and that it would be 600$ to replace them. i nicely declined since i was not wanting to spend any money that day and only wanted the free oil change. i was then called saying that my car was ready and that i was billed 175$ for them diagnosing my bushing issue. I clearly told them to not do anything at all if it wasn't under warranty but they went ahead and did a diagnosis anyways and charged me for iton top of this i already had 2 diagnostic papers from kia recommending me new bushings from previous oil changes. i explained to them that this was clearly unfair and that they should have told me that it would cost me money before even doing anything. So end of story my FREE oil change cost me almost 200$
