Attendant rude when I asked them to charge me what a posted price was for already over priced washer fluid. It was off by 10 cents but literally scoffed at me when I asked for a price correction.nnUnfortunate experience and will avoid this location going forward.
I thought of writing this review for the owner to realize how upset I am for I was treated. I have been a loyal customer of this location for the last 2 years and this has been my go to place when buying gas and gift cards. I bought a gift card for 25$ and ignored keeping the receipt as I was guarranteed it got activated but unfortunately the gift card didnt work saying it wasnt activated. Utsav is fully aware that this wasnt the first time to where a card they claimed was activated didnt work. Utsav got me my other gift card activated when it didnt work and I was fortunate to have kept the receipt during that time so that wasnt an issue. $25 is a lot and knowing that they dont have my back and question my integrity is completely terrible. I know I havent kept the receipt but can they blame me, the lady whom ive purchased it with guarranteed me that it was. I dont recall the exact date on when Ive purchased as I purchased gas and gift carda with them frequently so I may have the dates mixed up. No one care to call me nor believe anything I was saying. 25$ is prolly not much but knowing I bought this card and never used them. Its just so unfair, Utsav can vouch how frequent I visit this location but his manager have trust issues and doesnt honor my work nor his employees word.
Arsh was very helpful today at 2:00pmnEmployee of the year should go to her because she is very humble and kind.
Came for some gas, lovely lady named Arsh sold me a lottery ticket and a bottle of water. Almost left my loonie but Arsh told me I left it on the counter.nWhat a nice person and really cute
The Cashier STEALS YOUR POINTS!!nDate: July 3rd, 2021nTime: 11amnIncident: A lady attendant was on duty. There was no customer at the store, but she appeared distracted. She did not greet me when I entered the store. She asked if I had a points card, I said no. She then scanned her own card and let me pay for gas. The receipt indicates that I paid for gas, and her card earned points.nSummary: This attendant stole my points. I don't think any gas station is allowed to take the customer's points when the customer does not have a points card.nnDate: August 25th, 2021nIncident: Unfortunately, I had to pump gas here again due to the direction I was travelling. There was no receipt paper in the automated gas pump. To obtain a receipt, I had to go inside. The cashier sat close to the window. She printed the receipt, and slid it to her side of the plexiglass barrier. I had to reach inside the barrier to grab it. So, I said to the cashier, she should have slid the receipt to my side of the plexiglass. She wasn't happy, did not apologize, then said she was sitting there, and couldn't reach that far. I told her it was her responsibility. She said I was being bad to her. I told her, last time I was there, the other attendant stole my points. She said, who? Then she said I was taking it out on her. I told her again, sliding the receipt over is her responsibility. Then, she said sorry.nSummary: The receipt must placed on the customer's side of the plexiglass barrier. It's the same service standard when customers buy lotto tickets or obtain change. The attendant can move herself to complete this task. She shouldn't burden the customer because of her inability to fulfill her responsibility. Furthermore, if the gas pumps print receipts, there wouldn't be a need to go inside.
