nnAbsolutely unacceptable and unsafe experience.nThe attendant reset the wrong pump and stopped my transaction at **pump 1** instead of correcting the pump for another customer. Rather than fixing *his* mistake, the attendant told the other customer to get cash **from me** to pay for his gas.nI was not allowed to leave until I handed cash to a complete stranger.nAs a woman traveling alone, I have never felt so unsafe, pressured, and scammed in my life. This situation was entirely caused by the attendant’s error, yet instead of resolving it properly, he put me in a position that could have turned dangerous.nThis is not how customers should ever be treated. There was zero accountability, zero concern for safety, and zero professionalism. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid this location.

It's a tiny and awkwardly placed gas station in one of the busiest sections of town. I get gas here every 3 days or so and my only real complaint is that the squeegee tanks are ALWAYS either EMPTY or filled with only WATER. Terrible service standards for a service station in my opinion. I'm often tempted to pour a filthy and faded jug of washer fluid from the stand into the tank when it and all others are bone dry. Do better.

Bathroom is gross, the ladies in the family won’t let me get gas there anymore as they refuse to use the facilities.nnToo bad as it’s a convenient location.nnClean up, new door and sink, fresh paint would go a long way.

I had a very upsetting experience at this gas station today. The salesperson on duty insulted me, calling me “stupid”. Such disrespect and discrimination are completely unacceptable. When I asked to speak with a manager or the owner, the salesperson claimed that this location doesn't have one and if I want to complain it has to be to Shell directly! I find that hard to believe. No customer should ever be treated this way. I will not be returning, and I urge others to think twice before supporting a place that allows this kind of behavior from its staff. Way to go Shell!! You lost a customer.

I was served by Manav. I came in to buy one chocolate bar and he told me about a deal, so I ended up getting two. Really friendly guy. Store and washroom were clean too. Good experience overall.
