The blonde middle aged woman who works at this location Angela I believe her name is, was extremely rude to myself and my two children she was clearly having a bad day and taking it out on us. I decided not to converse in front of my children but she needs to know that she is a horrible person who lacks everything necessary to work in such an establishment with this attitude she shouldn’t be working there, Iam sure there is a kind human out there that would gladly take her place. At the end of the day she’s only one who suffers from her own misery.

Woman working basically accused us of criminal intentions when we asked if we could PURCHASE gas, and borrow jerry can to help out a friend stranded in her car a block away. Totally understand it’s not policy to let people use their jerry can, but a bit ridiculous to assume all your customers are trying to steal from you. Will not return.

Steer CLEAR of THIS location. Better service anywhere else. The well known woman from many other reviews is an unbelievably miserable person. Please, don't waste your time and money here.

PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION!!!!! I am completely disapointed with this Canadian Tire Gas bar. On our way to our fishing trip up north, we stopped by this location to fuel the car. My boyfriend was filling the car as my daugther and I went inside the store to use the rest room. I allowed my daugther to go inside the restroom first and I stayed at the back of the store looking at the snacks. I overheard the woman cashier ANGELA yell at my daugther: "You need to tell us when you use the bathroom as the doors are locked". Concerned over the reasons she was yelling over something so small, i walked to the front of the store and my daugther managed to go inside the restroom. I waited at the front of the store so i could go inside the bathroom when my daugther came out. My daugther came out of the restroom and walked to the car. I used the restroom. When i got out of the restroom, i went to the cash to pay for the fuel. The cashier ANGELA banged on the window and waived for her colleage MIKE to come back inside, saying "she's here!" I asked: "is everything ok?" to which she replied: "Your boyfriend moved the car and was about to leave without paying, we forgot you were inside" . I though it was strange as we never move the cars from the pump without paying. I go outside to find out that after fueling the car, my boyfriend sat in the car to wait for me and my daugther. He never moved the car as the cashier ANGELA was pretending. The male cashier MIKE ran outside and stood in front of the car accusing him of trying to leave without paying and yelling at him. My daugther was scared and started crying in the backseat. My boyfriend did try to tell the male cashier MIKE that I was inside paying, and the male cashier MIKE still stayed in front of the car yelling and accusing us. We left after I paid and i called the gas station to obtain their name. The cashier ANGELA answered the phone and confirm their names. I thanked her and said that i was going to submit a complaint. She then went immediately on the defensive mode stating she was going to file a complaint on ME????????? Overall, these two employees ANGELA and MIKE completely lack judgement, respect and customer service skill. Also, i certainly hope it's Canadian Tire protocole to tell their staff to stand in front of cars as it's putting them in harms way. Imagine if we were real thieves trying to steal gas? Someone with bad intentions such as wanting to steal gas could have run him over. Being accused of trying to steal gas was completely uncalled for. I filled a complaint with canadian tire customer service. They lost a customer and i can guarantee they will lose more by keeping Angela and Mike on staff. Extremely rude people.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Manager tony fava at Canadian tire gas bar incorrectly charged me $76 for one bag of Tostitos chips after switching tolls for the previous customer. The previous customers debit card was not working several times at one till, so he switched tills and it went through. He then went and scanned my chips through at the original till and I was charged $76 on my Mastercard. He did not tell me the total prior to me tapping my card, otherwise I would have known immediately that I was charged almost $71 more. After being made aware of the issue he refused to refund the transaction, saying it was a pre-authorization or fraud. I phone my bank and after 90 minutes and speaking to 2 customer service advisors, the fraud department, and a dispute officer, I was told that the store incorrectly charged me for more than my bag of chips. This was not fraud and was not a pre authorization on my banks behalf. At this point I was back in the store with the manager, Tony. He again refused to refund the money and told me I would have to file the dispute, and wait the 6 to 8 weeks for the dispute to be finalized. This will be the last purchase I make from this store. He was extremely rude, told me I was wrong, told the dispute officer he was wrong, and that he did nothing wrong. He had no interest in helping resolve this matter and at the same time, my wife and daughter overheard two of his employees defaming me to other customers, saying I was just trying to rip the store off and get money from them. I’m extremely unhappy with the service at this store. I will never make another purchase and advise everyone I know to do the same.

This is a modern and well maintained gas bar. Prices are usually higher on average than other gas bars. There is very limited parking for confectionery or in-store purchases. The entrance and exit for this gas bar is dangerous and atrocious. It is made even worse by poor sign placement that blocks the view of motorists. The staff here were pleasant when I used the location to fuel up.

We are driving through North Bay right now 6 pm and stopped here to use the bathroom. My son walked in and started heading for the restroom only to be rudely told by the woman at the register that the restroom is for paying customers only, and as my husband walked in she said "this is not a restaurant." What a horrible way to treat people. She needs to be replaced How can you have a fuel station next to the highway and not allow people to use your toilet? Canadian Tire, you need better people representing you.

On June 12, 2020, at 6:10 the women working the cash register should find a different job. Awful customer service...I would even say rude with a big attitude. Plenty of other gas stations around no need to go there.

My wife went to the gas bar tonight and the person serving her was a real douche bag. Told her that she should do something with her life because the debit machine would accept her card even though there was plenty of money in the account. Super pathetic.

Will never shop in this store again. My Son is 20 years old went to buy a package of cigarettes and was of course asked for ID in which he was prepared for. He produced his driver's license and older gentleman working said "that's not you" My son then offered his other picture ID and said that his hair color has changed in the 5 years since picture was taken. He still refused to sell him cigarettes with legal ID. I went back to store and asked while no one was in the store what the issue was with his ID and was told it was not him and he refused to sell him cigarettes. I Owner was there and looked at the ID and looked at my son and said that his picture on the ID the face was chubbier then now remember this is a 5 year old picture. He offered all his Id with same name and birth date and picture on it and he yelled at him and said NO he won't sell him cigarettes because his ID was fake. I said that he was my son and he could ask him any question that is on the ID to confirm even though it was ridiculous and again said NO. Then I was told that even me being 40 he would not take my ID and sell me cigarettes either. So now they do not have my business or my family business in their store.
