RBC Royal Bank

Went to bank today to ask for 60 x 1$ American Bills. I was told I had to make an advanced request for that much money. I was able to get 50 x 1$. This is the second time in a month I am not able to request small amounts of money from my bank. Shelly thank you for making that transaction awful. I complained to head office through the 800# as the manager was not available. They were polite and apologized for the lack of service and said the branch manager would call. No phone call but I did get an email notification from the manager. Customer complained, clerk apologized case close. The case is not close there is still the problem how every time I ask for little amounts of money I am challenged. Manager at this branch is Lorna Justice. I would say worse service ever but I didn’t even get service. Not the money I needed for my wife’s vacation and not a phone call to resolve the complaint. I hope RBC see the lack of service at this location. When you are below three stars it might be time to fix something before you lose customers. My mortgage is due next month not sure they will be getting this renewal or keeping any of my banking.

I've been a happy client of RBC Royal Bank for more than 2 years. Every time I go to the bank branch 925 Stockdale Road, North Bay, ON,  P1B 9N5 I have fast and qualified service in any question bothering me. I highly recommend RBC Royal Bank to everyone. I would like especially to mention my Financial Advisor - Alexander Papatheodorou, he is professional, and any time I need remote support with banking, I always have it, which I appreciate and am thankful.

The employees should have a respect towards the customers. To the employee has a name plate ‘AVNEET’. “I am sorry, but it was not a very pleasant experience talking to you”. I wasn’t asking a favor from you, it’s your job to serve the customer accordingly and that’s what you are getting paid for. A manager sent me to you and you are telling me that only the managers can print such thing they sent me for to you, does that make any sense?nOne more thing, if i want to transfer my funds manually by a bank employee that was you at the moment, you don’t have to tell me that i can do that online. I’m in the bank, i want to transfer funds and that’s it.nnWell, will never expect from to you in future but my suggestion to you is always keep a bit of respect towards the customer.

Aweful experience. My husband ended up in the hospital very I'll. I have Power of Attorney and I brought the paper in to pay his Bills. They lete pay his Bills and took copies to be submitted for approval. I went in today and they had lost the papers and I could deposit but not pay Bills as it had to be resent for approval. Luckily he was out of the hospital and I had to bring him into the bank even though he was in pain and can barely walk. I'm glad I don't bank with them.

Insanely slow. Been waiting In line for over 20 min. Likely have to wait another 20. Very very slow service
