RBC Royal Bank

The worst bank anyone can choose to go with, not only did they shut all the locations down except one so you wait ridiculous wait times now but they absolutely do not care about there clients. They offer no help at all and will just say tough luck when there’s an issue. Also the bank manager seemed rude when I was in there. Closing my account ASAP!

Wife and I needed to book for a new account on Friday nobody was there not even a manager. Called in to book appointment and they have nothing till the 12th of Nov. How can you run a business like this. Unprofessional... TD has appointments same day, Scotia Bank has openings the next day. On-top of that RBC interrupted us just to try offer a iPad before an account was opened ha no do not go here period....

I just love waiting in a line for 15+ minutes while all the clerks either dream about there 15 minute break or are going on there 15 minute break because clearly no body works here its hard to get any help in general even after waiting the 15+ minutes for them to give directions and do everything but do the bank transaction i am here looking to do its pathetic. And after each transaction its like they get a 5 minute breather time to walk around and smell the flowers im geussing like people have other things they need to do then to tend to youre boring day pick a better carrier if you dont like youre jobs that simple THANKS

Went to bank today to ask for 60 x 1$ American Bills. I was told I had to make an advanced request for that much money. I was able to get 50 x 1$. This is the second time in a month I am not able to request small amounts of money from my bank. Shelly thank you for making that transaction awful. I complained to head office through the 800# as the manager was not available. They were polite and apologized for the lack of service and said the branch manager would call. No phone call but I did get an email notification from the manager. Customer complained, clerk apologized case close. The case is not close there is still the problem how every time I ask for little amounts of money I am challenged. Manager at this branch is Lorna Justice. I would say worse service ever but I didn’t even get service. Not the money I needed for my wife’s vacation and not a phone call to resolve the complaint. I hope RBC see the lack of service at this location. When you are below three stars it might be time to fix something before you lose customers. My mortgage is due next month not sure they will be getting this renewal or keeping any of my banking.
