Very Friendly service & washroom looks very clean .
Unfortunately this is pretty much the only gas station in close proximity of UBC so most of us have no choice but use this location. If you go there just for a simple gas filling then there is no problem. Having read other negative comments, I am not surprised about the bad service here.
It was very bad experience, today I visit this place to buy something late night. When I park my car at pump parking , the employee working inside went inside the right side restrooms, did not come outside for long time. More than 5 customers were standing in heavy rain for long time waiting for employee to get their order , but did not reply.
Arguably the worst gas station I’ve ever been to, says open 24 hours the staff don’t respond 99% of the time and when they do they are extremely difficult to deal with. You can see them through the class and they CHOOSE to ignore you. They don’t let you know into the store when it says OPEN 24 hours, on the chance they do respond and tell you to choose from afar, unless I have binoculars I can’t pick the things I want in the store because I can’t see them. The maps listing should change the 24 hour listing because that’s a lie.
