I was there and asked for assistance from the staff. A customer cut the cue the refused to leave the pump and cars were all behind me trapping me and there were zero cars behind the other car. The waited many 10 minutes to come out to help. Pretty much didnt help the situation at all.
Scam alert!!!nTime: 11:45 pm, Date: 09 Oct, 2024.nI hope they don't delete the post. So this is not the first time, it’s 2nd time that they scammed me along with other customers. The price was showing 165.9 same as Shell. Therefore it was a bit busy at the Petro Can. However, as soon as it gets busier, without even letting the customers know they increased the price by 10c per litre. As soon as I noticed, I asked the cashier why you guys not informing the customer about price increase, he got scared & did not even look at my eyes. So fellas, next time you go there, please check the posted price & confirm the same price with cashier.nThanks!
I live across the street from this awful gas station and every now and then I crave a little snack or treat and I’ll go there. It’s always a mistake! Nothing has prices on it, the staff are the most miserable people you’ve ever met. If you ask a reasonable question like, “how much are these chips?” You are met with utter contempt. I’m always very normal and nice and say, “thank you” which gets no response from anyone. They practically throw your change at you and laugh you out the door in another language. It’s seriously the worst customer service experience.nI also have a vehicle which needs gas and I never fill up at this cruddy Petro! I’ll go around the corner and fill up at The Shell station. The staff at The Shell at 12th and Clark are so sweet and welcoming. Always friendly with a hello and they have better prices on snacks and often times gas. Avoid this place at all costs!
Been going here for a while and I believe the pumps are broken but still charging the customers. When I bought my new car, the tank was getting 520km of range but now a full tank range displays 400km. I've seen on the news in Ontario recently that the same thing happened, Petro is charging you at the pump and gas is not coming out. This needs to be looked into asap and customers should be reinbursed because this has been going on for a long time!
I went back to the store after a long time and could see major improvement. The staff is always great and store is very clean. A great gas station for all
